A UK superfood
We have this week begun harvesting 3 varieties of cauliflower planted on the West Coast towards the end of last year.
The harvesting of our overwintered cauliflower on the West Coast has been completed this month, with good quality and yield being achieved.
This week saw the arrival of the first batch of trial variety plants for our experimentation plot. These range from new varieties of broccoli to more exotic examples.
The recent good weather conditions have been beneficial to all of the crops here at ESG and we are now only a few weeks away from the start of the broccoli harvesting season.
